reloading routes

I changed the drive with my TS12 on it. I saved the 2 routes I was working on to a CDP file. 1 for the last session I worked on and 1 for the last route I worked on. When I tried to reload the routes on the new drive, it downloaded as a route in content manager. But when I went to routes to open it, it was not there. So I created a new route with the same name as the route. Then opened the newly made route and the original route in explorer under edit and copy the GND file from the original route and replaced it with the new GND file in the new route. That got me the route textures and elevations. I thought buy saving the route in CDP I could back it up encase I lost or the route was corrupted. Help! thanks funnnyfarm

When I messed with routes files, or if I downloaded a route that had something wrong with its internal files, it would usually show up, and display a screen "No Map Selected".

Is your new trainz installation up to the same build as your old one? If you added patches to the old trainz you need to add them to the new one.
