relay trains

hi all
I am trying to get two trains to leave at the same time.
Train one from station A to station B.
Train two from station B to A.
At the same time
Then when both trains have completed drive back.
Then repeat
I think its POST MESSAGE and WAIT FOR MESSAGE.
But no idea what order etc or how.

Hope this makes sense
