Reguarding trainz 2004, 2006 and classic vol.3

hi .... can someone please tell me if there is going to be a patch for trainz04, 06 and classic vol.3, to enable them to run on vista with no blinking screens, or download station crashing or freezing all the time.

And could someone tell me when 09 is coming to new zealand as i am thinking about getting it when it arrives.

I think it is quite certain that no version before 2009 will be patched for Vista. That would make no money for Auran, and as they have made 2009 available, I guess they would consider that to be sufficient.

Auran have said very plainly that TS2009WBE will only be available for download so I doubt whether you will find it in retail stores. Why can't you buy it from Auran direct? Is it the size of the download. TS2009EE will be available later in the new year but without Surveyor.

TRS2006 above a particular build should run under Vista as should TC3. TRS2009 is available from the Auran on line store either for download or an a DVD.

Ive been using 04 on a vista laptop for some time and downloaded without any problems. See the thread for setting up the administrator files for it to work.
