registration key problems

installed trainz2010 (full install).I put in the correct reg number but it keeps telling me that it is an invalid number and i cant launch game.Does anyone have any ideas as to why?

Hi towy,

when entering the reg. number did you also enter the space marks as per example;
1234-ASDF- etc...

If you did the next best option is to contact Zec at the helpdesk.

If this is a digital download, there's an easier way than typing in all the characters.

Simply open your Planet Auran profile, go to your purchase page, where you are given the link to download the product, and copy the serial number by highlight the text (just the serial number).

Now install the program. When prompted for the serial number, paste the information into the box, and you're all set from there.
