Registering gmax

I realize that gmax has its own dedicated forum and hope I am not out of order making requests here.

I have received my Registered User Identification Code.

I have attempted to activate gmax but am unable to either Copy and Paste or enter it directly into the Activation box.

Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
