Register a steam key

How do I register a steam key on the trainz web site. My steam key is only 5 chars or numbers and only 3 sections. Like this 12345-12345-12345 and your web site has 5 chars and number times 5. So any one have an idea how to register here. I just got a newer version of Trainz, Version 12.

You don't that is not a registration for Trainz, Steam are supposed to notify N3V automatically and TS12 will appear on your timeline, you shouldn't need to do anything. Only boxed copies now require a serial and registering it on line. If TS12 has not appeared next to your name by Monday contact the help desk. Apart from that is it working OK?

I wouldn't bother, easier to go to Simcentral & buy a proper copy.

hey, yes steam did it for me, and gave me the serial number. I all ready registered it. I just don't know why my registered games don't show up next to my name.

Probably need the helpdesk to sort that out, it does seem to happen quite often. Worth following it up so you get access to the rest of the forum!

Just a thought, you are using the same username for Trainz and the forum?

Thanks, I sent them a message back, asking them to add TS2009 and TS2012. all so, sense I have those games all so. And they are registered here. and thanks for the well come. I hope I can get the problem with TS2012 fixed so I can play that game all so. I haven't had a reply from that post yet.
