red trees and grass still in all routes

Hi thanks for all help however all routes, original and added all have red trees (not like foliage but little balls) and grass is red as well as many locomotive parts and knobs ... all glow red at night. Since changing seasons doesn't help I pretty much give up on TRS2019..... in TANE I didn't have this bug. I have reinstalled to no avial. I can't attach photos to this forum so I can only describe it however everyone would be speaking of this if they had it too....

Could you please send in a screenshot showing the problem to <trainzdev@auran.com> and I'll see if I can tell what it is.

thanks,

chris

Received, thanks. Unfortunately, I've never seen anything like that and can't imagine offhand what would be causing it. The only thing that we know is that your machine is the only one exhibiting the issue (otherwise we'd assumedly be getting a lot of complaints!)

With that in mind, there are a few things I'd like you to check. Exit and reload the game after changing each setting, then start the game and see if anything's improved.

1. Check for new GPU drivers and OS updated.
2. In the Trainz Launcher (ie. out-of-game) Settings, please check the Dev tab and ensure that "Debug Render" is set to "None".
3. In the Trainz Launcher (ie. out-of-game) Settings, please try changing the settings and see if you get any benefit. Most specifically, try adjusting "Shader quality" and "Post processing" through the various options.

If none of that helps, please let me know specifically which GPU and which GPU driver version you're using.

thanks,

chris

Start by unplugging your monitor cable at both ends and reseating, make sure your graphics card is not loose and if that doesn't work, reset all your graphics to default in Windows and ensure you are running the latest drivers. If you are running an nVidia card, make sure there is NO reference to any version of trainz in nVidia control panel and everything is set to let application decide or default.
Your computer specs would definitely help diagnose the issue.
cheers
Graeme
