red road lines missing

When ever I download a terrain file from the download station, the Light Blue Railroad and the Blue River lines show up, but the Red lines that represent the roads don't. I am running TRS 2009, and the trend continues every time I download a new terrain, even when I've tried the same terrain from different creators. anyone have advice, or a link to an old post the might have addressed the issue? Thanks in advance!

check in CM2 that you have kuid:9:21070 (hog70) installed. If not download the folder 'textures.zip' from this page, unzip and install the content into CM skipping anything you already have....

You don't . You need to unzip the downloded folder. Just double-click the downloaded file and chances are it will unzip itself, if not google Winzip and download the demo. Install the contents of the zipped folder normally...
