Re-creating a train

We have the Trainz Ultimate Collection and we downloaded an LRV that is similar in shape to the one we have in our city but we haven't been able to figure out how to open that particular vehicle in the paint shed to make the colour changes. We're not familiar with making cars/locos from scratch or re-skinning but we're trying to learn. If anyone can clarify and give us some ideas that would be greatly appreciated!

sorry but you can not open in paint shed - do a search on the fourms on reskinning
