I can't imagine there aren't a lot of things like that on The DLS. Try searching for Underpass or Overpass.

Welcome to the forums!

Look on the Download Station (DLS) for bridge splines by FMA. These do not have track on them and come in various widths so you can put your own track or even a road on them if you like.
