I already own T:ANE Platinum , Trainz Model Railroad 2017 and TRS19 .

1, Are there any content differences between this platinum content and the one that T:ANE has ?

2, Can i use the T:ANE platinum and the Model Railroad content in TRS19 ?

TRS2019 should show, the others might not. After buying T:ANE standard I bought the TMR17 and platinum bundles for T:ANE and they don't show on mine either. But yes, T:ANE and TMR2017 assets will work in 2019. And 2019 Platinum has more assets and routes updated to 2019 from T:ANE

EDIT: Correction, I bought the TMS2017 and DELUXE bundles for T:ANE, not Platinum, and that was several years ago.
