Hey all, I cannot access the DLS I mean I could but cannot DL anything! I really want the NYCTA R44 engine sounds from there made by Jamal17. Can somebody please give a link for a R44 engine sound by Jamal17? And yes I bought a FCT for 3 months and it still does not work! If anyone is willing to give a link for the R44 engine sound would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I mean that when I want to download something I click download(helper) and it just gives me a blank page I also tried download page and it is the same thing.I would be more concerned about fixing the DLS downloading problem, were I you? What do you mean when you say you can't download anything?

If you're getting a blank page, you've not got Trainz running as administrator if using Windows Vista/7.

If you got trainz running as administrator, and you said that you click on the download helper and got a blank page,did you put anything in the download helper? In content manager you must right click on the asset go to download and click,wait for CM to fine the dependences,if the helper go idle you may have to click start. Or you can drag & drop the asset into the DLH.
And how do u drag and drop? In content manager certain stuff aren't in CM that are in the DLS. And I have a windows 7. Can u explain how to drag and drop the R44 sound? Alright I managed to get the engine sounds for the pre GOH R46 but I only got the GOH version cuz the pre GOH doesn't work on the config file it tells me to replace the engine sound kuid file from the old one to the new one. Here is the other problem I replaced it and there is an error so now I don't know wat to do can anyone helpe please? Thanks

Ok so after changing the engine sound on the config file I went to the CM and I right clicked the R46 GOH train by magicland and clicked edit and edit in content creator plus and right away it gave me these errors :1) the asset must be specified for tag 'enginesound'.2) the asset in 'texture-kuid' is not of the correct type (2x).3) Attatchment point 27 in 'Attatchment-points' must be found in mesh '...'. Those are the errors I get. I'm really sorry if I am annoying anyone by this but I really want the engine sound in game. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Oh and also when CCP opens the enginesound kuid file is empty and says <NULL> next to it.It would help if you stated what error you are getting so we can advise better.

For the first error, there should be a button next to the <NULL> entry that allows you to change it.
For the second one, it may be worth posting what the texture-kuid shown is.
For the third one, you can click the error to be taken directly to the offending line - click the X next to it to fix it.

Oh really? Is it on the CM? And does it have that howling sound when increasing speed? I just love that howlingI have two copies of the R44 Engine sounds on file, a clear one that sounds like the real deal and one that i mixed together from a R68 D train and an R44 A train
