Question from a newbee

I'm brand new to Railroad Simulators so this may seem like a very silly question; but here goes anyway.
I recently purchased Railroad Simulator and on the box it says powered by Trainz 12, it this the full version of Trainz, or did I instead endup with a stand-alone version? Will all the add-on's found in the download station work?
Any advise would be much appreciated.

It registered as TS12 so you should be good to go. Carl
