Question about Trainz Content Manager working on latest Windows.

Guys, I have a laptop that has Windows 10 and I'm kinda wondering if Content Manager works on the latest and newer Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10?

I'd be playing Trainz Simulator 2009 by default and then sometimes play Trainz Railroad Simulator 2007 and probably Trainz Simulator 2010.
