Public notice of two objects copied without permission and uploaded to the DLS

I want to report pirated copies of two track objects that were uploaded to the DLS on Sunday, May 11, 2025.
I was not asked for permission, nor did I receive any email or personal message authorizing any repaints, changes, or improvements. All my objects have an email address in the config.tex file for any communication or permission.

My original track objects uploaded to the DLS on June 11, 2024:

Objects copied or plagiarized without permission uploaded to the DLS on Sunday, May 11, 2025:

<kuid:484666:113396> TTC 1435mm.Tramswitch

The two pirated objects contain the same files with the same sizes and names, both in Spanish. They are perfect copies; only a few tags in the config.tex file have been changed.

This same message has been sent to the Trainz N3V support service.

I've been looking at the forum members if den52 kuid:484666 participates in the forums and he has no activity and apart from being from Canada he hasn't been active since October 18, 2024

In my experience, N3V will delete the copies from the DLS and issue a warning to the person who uploaded them. If they ignore the warning and continue uploading copies of any of your assets, and you report the repeat offences, they will be banned. So keep observing the DLS uploads to check if there are repeat offences.

Thanks to everyone for their support. I've never said no to anyone who wants to do a repaint or an improvement. I just want to be emailed and have my name mentioned in any repaint. In this case, there's no repaint. Changes have only been made to the username and some tags in config.tex. All other files have been pasted exactly.

Please contact the Helpdesk with your complain in as much detail as possible. Basically what @Dinorius_Redundicus wrote: If they can confirm your story, they will likely delete the copies from the DLS and warn the uploader to not do that again. I have been in the same position as you and they did delete the content.

If content is broken, in my opinion either the original author or members of the CRG (Content Repair Group) should do the update, as that will result in the same KUID being used. So if people have a (technical) problem with content, they should contact one of those two.

As this is not really a discussion, I am going to lock it before emotions take a wrong turn.
