So, as I was browsing railpictures.net today, I noticed a picture of the PRR E8s running though edgewood maryland. After doing a little reseach, I found out they were pulling the Liberty Limited to the army-navy game in philly. I only found out about this just now, my question is, is there anyway to predict the movements of those locomotives? I really wanted to see them last time they were going to pass though but I couldn't find a timetable and missed them by 2 days :'( Can anyone give me a hand?

Those are Juniata Terminal's E8As, owned by Ben Levin. They were formerly used by Conrail to haul their business trains.

Ben Levin has two rules for the Liberty Limited: no media and no politicians. Therefore, a timetable is not released, nor is it announced publicly. This event is meant solely for those who have served, and need an easy (and a bit classy) way to get to the game.

Basically, if you know when and where the game is held, you can make a guess as to when the train will run. As next year's game will be in D.C., the train probably would leave from D.C., if it runs at all
