I reinstalled TC, same message.

What browser? I know that Firefox and Mozilla can have a snit over CDP files and the file association needs to be fixed. I can't say much more than this because I've never run into this problem myself since I use IE8.0

I'm having silly things happen because I installed IE8, such as clicking on a non-link part of the page throws the whole page to the bottom.

Nothing related to the ops of the game.

Next time you reinstall, or if you want better, quicker operation in general, direct the installer to C:/.

It will by-pass a ton of Windows problems.

i cant instal anything on the download station, and i dont know where my Trainz classics disc/serial number is so i cant reinstal it, IS THERE ANY PLACE WHERE I CAN GET THE DOWNLOAD HELPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!????????!!!!!!!!!

More information needed - which version of Trainz do you require it for? Download Helper only exists for TRS2004 and possibly earlier versions, in TRS2006 and later versions Content Manager has replaced Download Helper.

Also, please do not use all caps in sentences - it is seen as shouting.

Try running Content Manager and Trainz as Administrator, and ensure these applications have access to the network through your firewall.
