Proto-typical Routes for TRS04 thru TRS12

Are there routes (Prototypical) that are compatible with all TRS versions from 2004 through 2012? I am looking for prototype routes simulating an actual railroad route. Ideally, there will be industries, and a yard or two.

Though it would be nice to have Multiplayer capability, I realize that the versions prior to 2010 don't support that feature. I am more concerned with the authentic representation of a railroad operation then having the ability to run multiplayer.

Routes that span 40 miles or more would be ideal.

I'm modeling the Western Maryland's West Sub about 1970-1975, with completely custom content as far as I can manage it. No compromising and using a building that already exists unless it can't really be seen from the track anyway.

I am not into that sort of thing, much, but there are many such routes.
