pronlem with download helper

Why was my second thread taken off the forum, I was only saying how disapointed I was at the lack of help I got for my problem, I thought this forum was for trying to help people with problems. I am new to trainz and sometimes need help, but the lack of response to the threads I have put in has not been mutch help. To the people who have tried to help thank you. I will not be useing trainz again unti I can find a way to get download helper working again, I will try and find the help I need somewere else.

Threads can be removed for any reason. Contact Helpdesk if you are not happy with such a decision.
