problems

I am new here. Just installed trainz sim from the platinum pro pack. When I start up, the screen just jumps around and out of control, flickers.
Is this a problem with a typical fix?
I have registered my serial no.

Until your registration appears in your logo line, what version of Trainz (TS12, T:ANE, T:ANE SP1) is the "Platinum Pro Pack"?

"The TRAINZ SIMULATOR ULTIMATE EDITION includes Multiplayer Mode and 3 Expansion Packs."

Well, actually, it fails to include the serial numbers for the 'expansion packs', so I've heard a few times in the past.With regards to the original problem, on the Launcher go to Options --> Display Settings and make sure the screen resolution is correct. Also try swapping between OpenGL and DirectX modes.
