Problem with online shop

Has anyone else had problems with the online shop?

I just tried to preorder Trains 2009 and the site was slower than a snail and when I finally got to the final payment it came up with this error message:

Transaction could not be processed, problem communicating with Payment
Gateway.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I HAVE now Emailed the helpdesk.

I had the same thing, but when i checked my mail I did got a confirmation of my order. Also check your order history on your Auran profile page, it should confirm your order of TRS2009.

I reordered and checked with Alan and all was fine.

I must have just hit some heavy internet traffic the first time.
