Problem with JointedRail login

Hello, all! Well, I seem to have a little bit of a problem with logging into JointedRail. I had forgotten my password and username, so I clicked "Forgot your Username" and discovered my username was "trainut". I then clicked "Forgot your Password" and it sent me a verification code. I entered the code, and it rejected it. So, I tried again, and it still didn't work. I've been re-sending the e-mail and re-entering it for a long time now, trying it whenever I felt like it over about a week. So, I've finally given up. I would post this on the JR forum, but guess what? I can't log in! So, I've posted it here, hoping for someone from JointedRail to help me here. So, if someone from JR reads this, please do that. I really want to be able to have access to all of JR's fabulous locomotives!

Just a thought, but have you considered posting your problem in the Payware Forum?

The login system from JR has been buggy as far as back as I can remember. I have never been able to go through the main login screen; but rather through an order. The only thing you can do is PM/email JointedRail.
