Problem with internet login & DLS

Ok First i cant get my Planet Auran login to work to check my profile & secondly My DLS Wont Accept my Login/Password:'( I cant get it to work so i cant DL anything Thanks for any help

If you are logged in on here, then you must have used a valid username & password.
Do you get anything when clicking "Profile" at the top of this board ?

Uh when i hit profile on top of page i sign on with what i use to sign on the forums and it seys that my Username/Password are wrong But i know its right. I reseted my password but it still wont work, I would love to be able to go on my DLS. But i cant:'( Thanks for the help anyways.

When you go to profile from here you should not have to sign on. Your profile should show your user name "mommy" and your password as a row of asterisks. If you put one wrong character in your password, even a space or an uppercase letter where there should be a lower case letter or vice versa it will not be recognised. Your password must be exactly as you first entered it.

I know but it isnt signed on and i copied my password straight from password Email they sent me. But i got my DLS to let me sign on but it says my Connection is severed??? What does that mean?

Ok lets go back a bit. At the very top of this page does it say (Welcome, mommy) or does it say (Welcome, visitor). If it says Welcome, mommy that means you are signed in. If you are signed in you should be able to go to the download station, and download items without signing in again.
If you are not signed in you may have to go back to trainz and enter your username and password in CMP if you are running 2006 or TC or in TrainzHelper if you are running 2004
