Problem with content dispatcher installer

I have the Ultimate Trainz version instlled on new computer with Vista.
Content dispater worked for about two days then stopped. Specificly, kuid files install to correct directories but nothing shows up in Trainz. Made sure all dependencies are installed, also. Tried uninstalling UT and reinstalling. The few new items I had installed before Dispatcher stopped working still showed up in Trainz consist list but without graphics and didn't show up in the game. Reinstalled them with Dispatcher and they now work in game but anything new still does not show up.
Any clue what's happening?

you will have to do what we all do, learn how to use content manager plus or live with it...
Simply in cmp look at what you have installed right click on the ones that are faulty and try to fix them
