Problem Reporting Link??

I had the Problem Report Link on the desktop but I deleted it. So I need the link for reporting a problem to N3V. I do not see it on the N3V forum site.

I tried via the "HelpDesk" link

To submit a Support Ticket, click on the Troubleshooter Button, then follow the steps through to the appropriate Category. I followed this step and ended up back where I started, asking for the Description.

I guess that is it. I have seen no official display. It says Bug Report and that is quite clear.

You must navigate through a few screens to actually get "help" from the Helpdesk. It's a tricky path, so watch what you click or you will end up back where you started.

Yeah, they bought a reporting package that should have been called "Reduce Overhead". But if everything was easy etc.....

The solution is a Bookmark in your browser. I have hundreds of Bookmarks in named folders in my main browser.

For years I have kept away from browser bookmarks. I did not trust them for both security or reliability. But you have had good luck I may just start using them.

Bookmarks are part of your browser. You can't possibly have any trouble with them unless YOU choose to bookmark a dubious site. I don't think Trainz/N3V can come close to being dubious but, I've been known to be wrong (not really) lol :hehe:
