I had the Problem Report Link on the desktop but I deleted it. So I need the link for reporting a problem to N3V. I do not see it on the N3V forum site.
I tried via the "HelpDesk" link
To submit a Support Ticket, click on the Troubleshooter Button, then follow the steps through to the appropriate Category. I followed this step and ended up back where I started, asking for the Description.
