Problem loading 2 specific routes (Midwestern and Geneva Sub)

Just bought Midwestern Branch and Model Trains: Geneva Sub a few days ago and can't play either. When I try to load any scenario for MWB, I can see assets loading it, I get the starting prompts and can move my camera around for a brief moment before the game hangs/freezes and then the AMD Bug Report Tool pops up and I have to close the game. When I try to load Geneva Sub, it never makes it past the loading screen but I can hear the trains engines like it did load in. Im using the latest version of TS19 if that helps.

Run a database repair. At the Launcher, click on Developer and then Rebuild database.

Let us know one way or another what's going on.

Was able to load into Geneva Sub in Quick Drive, but eventually hung up when I tried to place a train. Both routes still causing AMD bug report tool to pop and are unplayable. Then I uninstalled both from the Trainz Content Store and reinstalled them. Upon re-installation of MWB, I received this error https://imgur.com/IpYb3LL
Not sure if that did anything or not. I tried to play Geneva Sub after re-sintallation and this is what happened to my graphics, a complete and utter display crash. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DzJ7z3v7we4

I would contact the helpdesk.

Provide as many details as you can including the error messages and screen shots.

Keep in mind that they are about 14 hours ahead of us in eastern time because they are located in Brisbane Australia.
