I downloaded the 440 of spaintrainzportu train but get an error message that says you can not download <Kuid:863....>. can not get a download URL. Can not find the download station.

What is the full KUID?

is the kuid: 326643:269001, but it happens to all trains try to download

Do you have a First Class Ticket (FCT)? If not you will have difficulty getting access to the servers, and will not be able to download anything pre TRS2009 as older content support has been stopped.

Try the trick of re-entering your user name and password into your profile (without changing them).

Is a firewall on your computer preventing the Trainz programmes getting access to the internet?

doesn't exist on the DLS, nor does anything from 326643:

Where did you get this kuid from? If it from a third party site, you will have to ask them.

In your first message you started to write kuid:863... . Was that a typo or is there another kuid?
