Pro Trainz Br 85

So I bought the Br85, but every time I try to install it I'm getting an error message "Package installation failed: Error failed to download precached data etc....". I've tried 3 time with the same result. I have the latest update Build number 117009. Has anyone else had problems with this?

You can ignore that error. Don't click "Retry", use the other button ("Cancel" ?). The ContentManager should show the assets of the package as installed, and Trainz is doing the precaching, if the assets are accessed for the first time.
