This usually happens when I add new stuff or delete things then I do a quick data repair., Also if this is a new route usually have to close and restart...

Hi, In some cases, slow loading of routes &/or sessions can be caused by having low RAM installed in your computer. OR, ... maybe your Video Card could be just the Standard issue.
I would suggest you have a minimum of 16GB RAM and maybe a Gaming Video Driver. This generally speeds up any slow pre-caching. Good luck,
