POSTING SCREEN SHOTS

HI all I am trying to find the tuts on posting screen shots I have a route that I am having trouble with and I could dso with some advise ie have run of of ideas

if you need help posting screenshots go and look in the screenshots fourm on the sticky thread "how to use imageshack" and that should help
EDIT: its also not a good idea to write the entire thread title in caps
