Yes, I believe if you search the DLS for kuid2:117746:1013:6 by sforget. It is a central portal control program

I've found a Portal Tutorial on one of all websites for TRS 2004. Unfortnately I've don't have the address in front of me but I will look at home and I will come back tomorrow with a address to you.
I myself work with Portals and it works pretty well
