Which build are you using (5-digit number on Launcher screen)? This will affect the resulting advice.

Generally speaking pressing the 'Print Screen' button (often labeled 'Prt Scn') will take a screenshot. You can then find them in the installation directory (Program Files, etc, etc) under a folder called "Screenshots" You may have to convert them from the Targa format to the JPeg format. You will then have to upload the photos somewhere online to post them here.

You can easily place screenshots into MS Paint which is included with Windows 7.
Just hit the Print Screen key for the image you want to capture, then simply Edit>Paste it into MS Paint where it can be saved as a .jpg file (default), or other file type if required. This will work for any image on your screen at any time, not just when Trainz is running.
As PerRock says, you will then need to upload the image(s) to an on line site, for example [url]http://photobucket.com/[/URL] for the image(s) to be stored and displayed on the Forum.
