Pick List items do no update when asset is updated

I have several picklists. When one of the assets in that picklist is updated from the DLS that asset no longer works in the picklist. When I check the picklist item in CM I find that the asset is listed as obsolete. There does not seem to be an easy way to update these obsolete assets to the current version in the picklist. Maybe I am missing something here.

It is a bit annoying, but, when in surveyer, all you need to do is remove the old asset from your pick list and add the updated asset to it. I know of no way to auto update my picklists.

I would report that as a bug.

Assets on the pick-lists should be no more than references to the assets located in the full database.

Do you remove the obsolete assets after updating? This should ensure you are only placing the current versions. Built-in and Payware are the exception in this case.
