PGuy Central Portal Control Query! Full/Empty Consists

Hi all, thanks for you help so far.
Quick one. Is there any way of adding a consist that is already full of woodchips within the Central Portal Control to drop off at my woodchip yard?
At the moment all my consist are empty when I add them to the Portal.

Use instant load as the first command when leaving the portal.
Or you could clone the woodchips wagon and set the initial load of 0 to the full load of 15000 or whatever it is.
