Pending Order

Last week I ordered TS2009 WBE. I see that the order is still "pending". I searched the forums and see that there have been some problems in the past with Auran shipping orders in a timely manor.
To cut to the chase, what needs to be done to get the order pushed through?

Contact Helpdesk listed on banner above. Zec can check status for you. I think you will be happy with 09. A lot of improvements over 06, especially steam sounds.

The ticket has been sent. I'm not trying to be pushy but these Trainz versions are kind of time sensitive now. It won't be long before TS2009 is obsolete. :eek:
 
It's now the 16th. After asking for help from the helpdesk, I was told that if the status of the order didn't change by the weekend to contact the helpdesk again and let them know. I did just that and got no reply and the order is still pending. What do I need to do to get my order?
 
This might have something to do with their servers being out of whack. Auran is working on this issue now.
