patch not loading

when I tried to run trains2010 it said I needed to upload a patch i got the following message

Checking for available disk space for patching.
Searching for patches...
Downloading patch file...
Unpacking patch file...
Failed to extract the patch archive.
Patching aborted.

What should I do now?

What is your current build number. Bottom right hand side when you start TS2010. If you can tell us your current build number we can post download links to any service packs you may require. That way you can download the service packs and apply them manually...

Make sure your antivirus software is off during the patch.
