Hi ,,I have not used this game for a few years now and I thought I would give it another go as I did quite a lot with it before.
I apparently have forgot my password and username,,,(I thought they were the same as for the forum,,or as I remember) but it is telling me
that they are not. I also changed from virgin to Bt in the meantime which has not helped I suppose.
Can someone help me please.

Hi all,,,sorry I am a bit slow in replying but I have been waiting for a reply from the helpdesk.
I told them I had bought 3 versions of Trainz and changed my comp and ISP in the meantime and also told them my user ID and
they sent me a new password and directed me to the support desk to get a new ticket.
But when I go there it asks me for my Reg number and when I type it in it says it is already in use,,which
it will be I suppose because it is mine.
Anyway could someone please explain to me one step at a time how to go forth from here to be registerd and
a new ticket.
I did also ask that if someone like myself changes his system does that mean he would have to buy it again.

You won't have to purchase anything again.

Try explaining to them what's going on exactly as you did here they may then be able to help you. Please give Zec a day or so to get back with you.

Step 1: go to http://support.trainzportal.com
Step 2: You should be logged in, since you are here on the forums. If not, log in using your forum login that you are using now.
Step 3: Click "Submit a Ticket"
Step 4: Make sure the first radial box is checked, the "MyTrainz (Planet Auran) Accounts" option, the Next
Step 5: Explain your issue in the forum
Step 6: Click submit & wait.

At no point should you be required to enter a serial number, although N3V will probably want it during your discourse with them in getting this resolved.

Len, One thing to keep in mind: that as I write this (1900 GMT; 0500 Saturday) it is already the weekend in Australia, (that is to say, after the close of normal business hours on Friday) and they are unlikely to see your support ticket before Monday, open of business, (2200 Sunday, GMT) their time. It may well be that you won't receive a response to your ticket until Tuesday or Wednesday, your time.
