Passenger Movement

Hello to all, I am very new to this. Have just installed Trainz Railway Simulator 2006 Edition. I am working my way through all seems ok at the moment but, does anyone know if the proposed passengers and people standing on the platforms can move. All the ones I have come across so far are static or am I doing something wrong. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Welcome to Trainz.

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for those passengers to move! Depending on what station you're using, the very most that will happen is the passenger will fade in and out of existance and reappear on board your train.

Hold on! There are moving passengers around! I am sure somebody will post the Russian website having all kinds of people doing things such as walking, reading the paper, conversing and carrying baggages. If I don't see a post on this, I'll dig into my CMP. I use tons of it in all my stations.

^ Above post is correct, I think they are from Poland though. I have them in 2006.
Passengers, track workers,soldiers, police you name it. You place their "track" and they walk up and down it.

Although they are posted in a Rumanian website, they are from Russia (just take a look at the writing).

Actually, the .RU suffix is Russian Federation. The language is in Cyrillic. Judicious use of the Google Translation site can be a big help.

The Romanian URL suffix is .RO

You don't have to use Google translator to download. If you click the red letter words just above the picture you'll get a new window/picture with blue letter words and a file size in English. Click that to download. I save them in a Russian folder and use CM to import the .cdp files.
