painting sd16 from ben neal

im trying to paint ben neals sd16 into mrl 603 and 609 for my route but i cant get ms paint to do what i want it to do. every time i try to flod just the skin everything gets it. can anyone help me? thanks -inprr ps if this is in the wrong thread please move it to the right one thanks again

You should not use MS paint as it will not save a .tga file.

what do you recommend other than photo shop? < i dont have it. paint dot net doesnt want to open it at all. can you help me please. thanks -inprr

Try GIMP. It's free too. What is the format of the file you're trying to change though? Even if it's .bmp, I would still avoid MS Paint.
