Paint Shed reskin not saving

Hi Knowledgable Ones.

I tried to reskin a carriage in paint shed 2004, following the 'easy' instructions. Managed to almost get what I wanted and saved in my operating 2006 (the only option given to me). Where has it gone? - I saved again - already saved -
do I want to overwrite - yes. Still can't find it in content manager. I'm obviously doing something wrong. Help please!

The Paintshed in TRS4 will not work with TRS6, use the Paintshed that is in TRS6, it has updated meshes.

There are issues with the TRS2006 version of Paintshed, as it is missing the language files.
