P.Gibbons northcoast line

I downloaded all of the casino northcoast lines that were put up on the dls great routes i tryed to merge one route to the other they line up correctly but the route that i merge with goes bananas the track and road goes every where, does any one no why this happens thanks.

If in Tz2010, service pack 3 seemed to make a bit of a difference.
