Outside world color change

Can the color around the map be changed, right now outside my map is a bright whitish and it is very hard to rean the objects on the map. I have seen other people on YouTube with a blue color how can I change this??

Its part of the Environment, you can play with it and make it day,night, raining, snowing, etc... When you change to night, the outer area around the baseboards turn black. When it's white, and you zoom out, it will turn blue at some point. I thinks thats when it goes into a mini map type mode.
