yesterday I ordered train 2012 anniversary edition and today the status for it now said "complete". Now when I click "track order" Nothing came up, and i have no information on who is going ship it here. I live in the U.S so its going to be a overseas shipping, so i can understand if its going to take 2-3 weeks, but i have no idea which company is handling the order. How can I find out where the game is currently at?

Shipping info isn't always available right away. If you just ordered it yesterday, you are jumping the gun on being concerned where it is. You're not going to get tracking info from the status report. You order it...they ship it...you get it. There are no blanks to fill in....I ordered one last week. I won't know exactly where it is until it shows up in my mail box...
I Just recieved my trainz 2010 order on tuesday that i ordered on the 24th of january and i had no tracking at all, i checked daily and was surprised when it showed up. I Live In Pennsylvania So I Think around Two Weeks Was great for a shipping time! It wasn't ups that delivered it, it looked like an international carrier. Hope This Helps!!!

Every product I have ordered from auran that was a "hard copy" would get delivered to my house by the USPS, but it was most likely given to a larger company such as DHL, UPS or Fedex for the long haul until it reached your state.

Unfortunately, we cannot supply tracking numbers for international orders, as Australia Post does not supply these.
All postage is sent via Australia Post, and as such will arrive via the regular postal service in your region (e.g. USPS for the USA).
Generally we recommend allowing up to 3, or 4, weeks. Most orders arrive between 2-3 weeks, however unforeseen circumstances/delays (e.g. if the parcel is stuck at a mail centre that's shut down due to bad weather, or gets stuck in customs, or similar) can extend it out to 3-4 weeks.
