One question regarding Trainz Collection Timeline

Excuse me, everyone.

I have one question regarding the Trainz Collection timeline. How do I get earlier games (that is, Trainz and Ultimate Trainz Collection) to show on my profile? I wish to know. Thanks.

Your best bet is to contact N3V via the helpdesk - tell them exactly which ones you are missing. This is assuming you have actually registered the serial numbers on MyTrainz > Serial Number - if you haven't, you need to do this first.

There is a known issue with the recently released "older" versions not correctly showing in the forum timeline. We will be updating everyone next week by running a script to update everyone at once.

As long as it shows in MyTrainz as registered you will be ok.

Further to this, Is there a reason why PaintShed doesn't appear on my timeline? I have checked the original disks and can't find a serial number on them. Also searched the registry but found nothing. I'm probably just being pedantic (or fanatical or both), but as I can see PaintShed on other timelines, just wondered how I can get mine to show too. The version I have is V1.6
Thanks.

TMR2017 stand alone is on my download list but not registered as it has no number.

Will that still count on the 22nd towards the set?

TANE, TMR17 and TD2016 all register automatically.
If Paintshed was bundled (as it was with 2006) then it didn't get a separate icon.

Test post because some of the newer versions are NOT showing up either on an older post.

For me, my serial list in MyTrainz has my newer versions (TS12) that I added last week, but its still not showing anything updated.

See post #3 above by Tony Hilliam.

There's a known bug with the forums not always picking recently added Trainz versions and he'll be running a script at some point to fix that.

Yes, I caught that--but I don't know what he means by 'recently released "older" versions' as I assumed TS12 at least would not have been considered an 'older' version. Guess I'll just wait and see.

He means like your TS12 which you purchased last week or whenever that was in the past few days. I have TC3 missing from my timeline which needs to be added.

If in the end versions are missing, then contact the helpdesk and it'll get straightened out then.

The original Trainz and TC 1&2 are now showing on my timeline, but UTC and TRS2004, which are both registered, are not. Is this just a time delay, or is there a problem?

We checked our lists and found a slight flaw in the update process. If you are still missing an item please provide username and serial number to our store @ trainzportal.com email address.

Sorry to bother you, gentlemen, but I am now missing Trainz Simulator 2 for the Macintosh computers. I am sorry to burden you with more details, but I felt that I needed to get it off my chest. Thank you.

You'll best to contact the help desk about the issue mate. They'll be able to help you out on that

I do not know how to contact them about this. Can you please provide the details?

EDIT: Never mind, it is showing as of now. Sorry about the confusion.
