Old Industry Properties

Is there a way to get the old property back or a way to enter a value. I do not like the sliders. It is s struggle to get the exact value

Perhaps download an earlier version of the industry? The earlier version might not be compatible with the latest versions of Trainz.

@OddRails, sorry for the late reply, I have been busy, moving my playground back to 2019.

I download some older versions of industries, even 1.3, looks like the property windows stays the same

Why would you go backwards to an earlier version? Unless you feel that 22 is broken compared to 2019. SP6 messed/broke some things so I didn't update yet past SP5.

Yes, I feel 2022 is broken compared to 2019. Maybe this is just me. Icons of driver commands does not show the correct icon in 2022, for example Unload, show the trainz icon if added to driver command list and not the unload icon, there is a lot of those that does not display the icons correctly. Every patch just creates more faulty assets. Older routes and sessions do not work from 5.4 and up

One if the biggest reason is the properties screen of any industry. I do not like the sliders. User should be able to chose which option he/she wants to use. If you use the Auran industries, it is difficult to get the exact amount

I play mostly on Port Ogden & Northen, IndustRail, RiversideRailroadCo & Mad River Railroad Extended from PhilSkene. I merged them all together. Replace all the industries with new industries that has better quality commodities. Added more detail. I have over 60 sessions and counting. Still the best routes. Over 600 industries. Endless possibilities. 390km (240 miles) of main line track.

My latest one created in 2019. Added a seaport at the other end of Mad River Railroad past Hoskens
