Does anyone know how to get content from older trainz to newer versions. Im trying to get toronto rail 1954 (TS2006) to TS12.(Yes I Know its a large jump so dont even metion it unless you cant jump it. Also i will be willing to fix faulty assets if there are any also i do not want any of the activitys.

It is possible, but if it's a built-in route, then it's a lot trickier.

The reason why is because you would have to open the route, sessions (if you want them) and possibly the dependencies as well for edit, then import the editing folder into TS12.

If it is not built-in, save the route to CDP then import that into TS12.

When saved to cdp you can just drop it in TS12 Content Manger.
or find the folder with TS12 Content Manger and import content folder.
I moved a default layout from 2004 didn't take very long to update or replace assets
Ah ..you can do a windows search for layout name or kuid.
Open TS12 CC/File/import cdp or import content (folder)

Isn't Toronto Rail built in to TS2010.
