I don't believe they do pre-order bonuses for T:ANE nowadays since T:ANE can be bought normally.

I think what he is referring to is is the Bonus Locomotive 'Duchess of Atholl' BR Blue Steam Locomotive<kuid2:523:19723284:1> BR Duchess Blue and <kuid:523:19723285> BR Duchess Blue Tender.
thay show up as missing in <kuid2:181290:100271:7> Ardennes Track New Era Steam Session for me.
I also have been looking for those two assets for a long time with no success.

I have to ask! Why is offering a "pre-order bonus" a scummy business practice?

I would have thought that everyone that pre-ordered and got their free "bonus pack" would be highly delighted. Something for nothing. What's scummy about that?

You could try asking N3V but it's likely that unless you actually pre-ordered T:ANE you are not going to get the bonus content. Whether that's cheesy or not is a different matter given that things like pre-order bonuses are common.
