Object not appearing in game

Hi all,

I just downloaded 'MLK DT Embankment Bridge' from the DLS. However, when I go into the game to use it, it isn't there. I've checked on the installed list (in CM) and it is there.

Can anyone help?

Quick update: I've now found the item in the game but it won't load - Just an empty viewing box and when you try to put it down in survayor nothing happens.

When you start TS2009, what build number are you showing in the lower right corner of the launcher? I have ts2009 build 44653 (service pack 4) and I just checked that bridge, works fine here.

Build number 38869 but haven't a clue about service packs.

You've come to the right place. Service pack 2 (inc. Service Pack 1) is available from http://updates.justflight.info/jt/TRS2009/Trainz2009Update.exe, and service packs 3 and 4 are available from http://download.ts2009.com/Beta/40040_to_41844.exe (requires DirectX 9.0C August 2009 or later) and http://download.ts2009.com/patch/41844_to_44653.exe respectively. You will need to install the patches in order, and when installing the last one, it will pause in the middle - this is normal, wait for it to complete. Be aware that the last service pack is a ~450MB download.

My guess is you have to get to SP4 however you can;

Original, SP1, SP2, and SP3 all had the problem shown in post #2 along with a plethora of other problems. And of course once you patch to SP4 you might as well throw the whole mess overboard and get TS2010, for all practical purposes TS2010 is TS2009 Service Pack 5.
