Object gives strange colouring - Reason unknown

Hello,

I installed some objects in Trainz 09 ( SP4 Build 44653 ) and received no errors, warnings.

However, when going into the object section and selecting the object and placing it on the map I got this result

In trainz 2010, I have a perfect representation.

Does anyone know what could be creating this effect.

That looks suspiciously like a multicolour texture issue.

It's OK - I can normally spot texture compression issues quite quickly.
