A question

Does anyone know if there's any difference between Magicland's R33 Redbird and the R33 Redbird 2? Because I discovered the Redbird 2 yesterday and I don't think I downloaded it.

I read the R33 Redbirds are "Married Pairs". Is the R33 Redbird 2 the other of the married pair?

Updated R16-R38 Route Textures

I have updated most of the route textures on the R27, R30A, and R32 subway cars to 2008 routes and destinations.

Ok...

I hope Magicland's R1 is coming closer and closer to release. I've just seen that payware announcement of it and I can't wait to run it! :) :D ;) :udrool: :Y:  (Same with his R40S, but seen no announcement of it. Never mind)

To be honest, the graffiti trains aren't one of my choices. Although it would be cool to have some graff trains on my Redpit layout, running graffiti trains on NYC Layouts brings back the filthy memories of the '70s (at least to me), when the trains were ugly and dirty. If they weren't they ran in graffiti. But it makes impression to have them on fictional layouts. ;)

the 'train on the right' is Magicland's R40 Slant and has not been released.

oh :( btw how u get icons b4 your name and the "subway creator". i created many subyaws including a replica of the chicago subway routes which includes the streets, buildings, and station design.
4 no apperent reason my TRS2006 stop working and i wans able to retrieve the files i had 4 the chicago (green line and blue line) CTA trains :( i seriously dont want to do it over, i give up!:'(

I don't know, but I wouldn't worry about the R40 Slant. Magicland himself said its coming to the DLS. But I'm worried about the R1. Many people been talking about the R40S and R62 (the 62 has been released) And I'm worried they'll all forget the R1. :( :'(

Took my T.A. PASS, vest, flashlight with me to go see the 207th Street lay-up area. Here are some of the photos.
Its the middle of the day and this train of R46s is layed-up, I guess the train is B/O.

The end sign was set to not in service, but now its the old Orange Q. See how much fun you can have is a nice set of keys.

On the way back to the station I was some track guys working on the new emergency exits.

A second shot f the work gang. The new exits have doors and are alarmed. All T.A. employees have the code or a key in case of an emergency.

The CTA brown line is re-routed though the red line while track work is being done it's normal track.
